- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Georgia driver’s license and acceptable driving record that meets enAble’s requirements
- Clean Criminal Records Check (GCIC & NCIC) that meets enAble’s requirements
- For Residential, Community Living Services and Day Services positions – must have the ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs.

Volunteering With enAble
Because of the importance and increasing volume of the work being done at enAble as we expand and enhance our services, we always need volunteers.
Volunteer Opportunities:
- Support Volunteers – Volunteers fill a variety of positions that compliment their talents and interests and meet the needs of the agency.
- Portfolio Volunteers – handling particular short-term responsibilities for the agency that fit their professional skills and training.
- Project Volunteers – working alongside paid and volunteer staff on individual projects or events for the organization. Click for descriptions of some of our Volunteer Projects.
- Task Volunteers –assisting our regular task forces in the weekly work flow or special events.
- Natural Supports / Friends* – accompanying those we serve and their support staff on outings, assisting with parties and events, helping in Day Services, reading to people, playing games or sports with them. Caution! You may find that you’ll become best friends with one or two of the people we serve as a result.
*To become a Natural Support you must undergoa full background check similar to that of an enAble employee.
